What motivated me to pursue a career as a teacher?

If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people. - Chinese Proverb
Internal inclinations
I didn't want to be a teacher since, in my thinking, a teacher is someone who is constantly struggling and underappreciated. I aspired to be a businessperson who could make money. So, I truly enjoy business and opted to study marketing at Bangladesh's top public university, but everyone repeatedly asks me whether I would like to teach business once I graduate.

As a result, after graduating, I began to wonder, "What do I want to do?" I'd like to work in banking, but I don't want to spend my days staring at my computer. Suddenly, a voice inside of me said, "Just go teach." To be honest, I used to like educating my friends when I was younger. I've always aspired to be a leader, and I enjoy giving speeches in front of groups. As a teacher, I am the class's leader, and I am responsible for speaking and instructing the students. So, after much deliberation, I decided to try it.
I wanted to be the best teacher when I first started teaching. I wanted to give the finest lesson possible and demonstrate to everyone that business and marketing aren't all terrible. It was enjoyable, but I ended myself pressuring and pushing my students.
Although their performance improved with time, I don't believe they were satisfied. I realized that some students struggle with research, which caused me to reconsider my position. Every student has their own set of skills and limitations, and business research may not be one of them. It is our job as teachers to assist these students in learning and performing at their highest levels. Instead of focusing on results, we should concentrate on the process.
A teacher's advice
We need to be able to create our learning resources as teachers. The world around us is always changing. Trends are always shifting. We can't educate students now the same way our teachers taught us when we were in school. It's distinct.
As a result, we should never be content with what we've learned. Always be interested and learn as much as you can. Give it everything we've got. Last but not least, make sure we're not too focused on the students' grades. Concentrate more on their development.
